Creative Problem Solving with LEGO Serious Play: Building an Empathy Map Online Course

In this online class, you’ll be inspired to think creatively and foster innovation. Together, we’ll leverage principles of the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® and Design Thinking to help you or your team understand your users deeply so that you’re able to create better products, solutions, and services to serve their unique needs. No LEGO or design experience? No worries!

Although this class introduces the Empathy Map, a powerful Design Thinking tool, the class is built with everyone in mind – not just creatives! Whether you’re an entrepreneur, freelancer, designer, marketer, or corporate stakeholder, this class will help you understand your user personas so you can develop empathy for them and better serve their needs.

While we’ll be using LEGO bricks and the principles of LEGO Serious Play, you do not need to be a LEGO expert or have ever even built with bricks to succeed. The method is simple, fun, and intuitive!
